tamales, corn bread, beans, calentao, corn porridge with brown sugar, the sugar water with cheese, corn arepa with cheese, donuts with custard, the arepa chocolo, and the famous bandeja paisa with (rice, fried plantains , avocado, egg, sausage, ground beef and pork rinds).
